Ordered an iced mocha at Crafe Cafe, but it tasted like plain iced coffee with milk. No mocha flavor, zero aroma, and flat beans. Bean quality and balance need serious improvement overall. Very sadly.

The ice cream was complete melted. They should atleast give ice bags if they’re delivering ice cream. Coffee tasted nothing like a frappuccino.
