How to subscribe to pandapro?
- Subscribe through foodpanda app ONLY. Simply by clicking your profile icon (on the top left corner of your app landing screen), and fill in the details on your “Become a pandapro” page.
- Users must be 18 years old and above, as well as a holder of a valid credit card. The membership fee will be deducted from the credit card you used to sign up.
- Your subscription & its benefits will automatically renew every payment cycle - which will commence from your date of subscription.
- If any payment fails, your subscription will be cancelled and you will need to re-subscribe again in order to enjoy the benefits.
- Cancellation of a subscription can be done anytime. However, it will only be effective on the renewal date of the upcoming month.
