foodpanda moves to remote rider on-boarding

In compliance with the government's lockdown directives, foodpanda has shifted to remote onbaording for all new riders.

Our riders are the backbone of foodpanda operations, delivering the food we love to our doors every day! As we expand to more cities and our rider fleet grows, we have introduced new onboarding methods to ensure we can continue providing work opportunities while also complying with the government's lockdown order.

Despite our rider hubs being closed, we have put the measures in place to make sure new riders can still sign up to foodpanda in the current situation. We can even provide them with all the necessary equipment to begin work right away, while receiving remote support at all times.

We have also put in place the measures to safeguard our riders' and customers' health when rider hubs reopen. Anyone entering a hub is required to wear a face mask, will have their temperature checked before entering, and must sanitize their hands. A cap has also been placed on the number of people that are allowed inside the hub at a time.
